HOW TO EARN AND USE POINTS

Points System
  • 1 Point is earned on spent of Rs. 20
  • 1 Point = Rs. 1
  • Maximum redemption on Bill is 50% of bill value
  • Points can be earned from any Polar Bear outlet and redeemed at any Polar Bear outlets
  • Points are not transferrable
  • Point’s redemption is given back to customer as discount on bill.
Loyalty Point redemptions.
  • For redeeming the points the customer has to provide his mobile number.
  • Before the bill is made he/she has to inform to cashier about the redemption of his/her loyalty points with the point value to be redeemed.
  • As he/she informs the cashier, the cashier will check the loyalty points of that customer click Redeem Point button.
  • POS validate the points and max points applicable for the Bill (Max 50%). If the validation successful, it generates SMS to the customer registered number where the customer will get verification code.
  • He will inform that code to the cashier for verification and redemption. The max value for the redemption is 50% of the bill.
  • The redemption value will get discounted from the bill and remaining amount will be paid by the customer.
